Research
I aim to combine years of practical experience with a solid theoretical foundation to generate, hopefully novel, insights and inspire both the academia and the industry.
Doctoral Research
My research interests encompass sustainable entrepreneurship, immigrant entrepreneurship, and the well-being and coping strategies of entrepreneurs.Currently, I am doing my doctoral research at University of Groningen. My first doctoral research project focuses on the coping mechanisms of entrepreneurs in face of stress, adopting a qualitative approach with fieldwork in China expected in early 2026.
Other Academic Qualification
A business analyst by training, I hold a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University (2013), and a Double Bachelor's Degree in Economics and English from Beijing Foreign Studies University (2008).
